Steering movement tilt and side

Hi,

I have a very annoying problem.
Everything is tight but my steering wheel has up and down and side movement.
Did some research and found out that there is a bushing that wears out.
For this I bought a rennline rubber bushing but it doesn’t fit.
Are the early cars 1969 like my car different?
