Google Car (a car too far)

    Too far?

We are now "officially" lazy as hell. Ride a bus, take a train, use the local transportation (subways). I see people who cannot drive and should be "benched".

BTW; My truck gives me unfettered views of ALL drivers. A potential pet project is to install a Go-Pro on the passenger side aimed into the lane next to me. I think it will make a great YouTube video. Texting is child's play. Some of it may have to be edited because...well, use your imagination. I haven't had to 'cause I see it.

For starters, I have a hard time riding in the back seat of a normal car, so I would probably vomit everywhere in that thing. But if this were purely optional I don't see it as that bad of an idea. If we face the facts, to the overwhelming majority of people, driving is a chore. Something that is a required nuisance that punctuates otherwise interesting (or necessary - i.e. work) activities in their day. If this device were to clear up traffic and prevent accidents from people that would rather be preoccupied with their phone than pay attention on the road- so be it. Leaves more room for those of us who actually want to drive.
