118 TTG Driving Lights & 139 Below Bumper Foglights

I have a pair of 118 Driving Lights installed on my car, and am thinking about adding a pair of 139 Below Bumper Foglights. The 118's are switched with the correct switch mounted on the dash along side the cigar lighter and rear window heater switch.

    Two questions....

What is the correct switch part number for the foglights?

Where is the correct location to mount this additional switch since the 3 factory holes are already occupied?
    Cheers!
