Dave I think that might have been brushed on. I think I remember seeing brush marks when the door panels were off my 71T. I will look to see if I can get you some pics without major disassembly.

Hi Jim,
I'm also trying to determine the original door paint lines for my recently painted 1970T. Could you post some close ups of the black edge at the front (esp near the top at near the vent window), rear and bottom of the door so I can replicate this for my masking? Also, is the original paint a gloss, semi gloss or flat?

I've looked into this myself in the past. Here are some pics I saved off from my research.
Original 67 door
