Complete Tool Kits; 1969 Concours; 1971 Excellent condition

IMG_6532.jpgIMG_6535.jpgIMG_6536.jpgIMG_6537.jpgI am offering these two complete tool kits. The 1969 kit is complete and in absolute top concours condition, not NOS, but with light patina on the inside of the pouch, tools look BRAND NEW, unused. Clasps near perfect condition. I would rate it a 98 out of 100. I am comfortable this set would compliment any level '69 longhood. $2,800.

The 1971 kit is also complete - I would rate it a 94 out of 100, meaning it is also in excellent condition. The tools I would describe as nearly new/unused. The pouch in outstanding original condition. Clasps are in good to excellent condition. $2,400.

I can take more photos, black on black was a bad idea, apologies.

Disclaimer, I am fairly confident the kits are 'complete and correct', if a tool is noted not correct by experts here from a look at the photos, I yield as I am not 1,000% certain about the '71 kit, if the Hapewe pliers and 10,000 volt screwdrivers are correct 'era', other than that, I think correct?

if anything is 'incorrect', I will discount the price to account, thanks for any consideration.

Three things that I see right off is the pliers in the 69 tool kit don't seem to have the "cross-hatch or fish skin on the handles." Same problem in the LWB tool kit, look like Hawpe pliers, which are incorrect. Third, the the Selected Steel wrench belongs in neither. Don't feel bad about the pliers that seems to be a common problem with most tool kits for sale these days. Hopefully, the rest is correct & GLWS.

Thanks for the expertise. These have been resting as is in my garage for a while, just thought it was time to offer them up. I attempted to put them together correctly a while back, but have no real idea what that is? I'm close I think.

Can someone post a photo of the correct wrenches that do belong in these era kits? I believe I have the correct ones and accidently mixed in a later 930 kit? Thanks for the assistance.

Apologies for the bump...I edited late last night and am guessing no one is going to see my request. I am hopeful someone can post a photo of the correct wrenches for these kits. I have a batch of Porsche tools and most likely have the correct wrenches, they may have been switched to a 930 kit? Thanks in advance, aloha. Mike S.

IMG_6583.jpgIMG_6579.jpgas I thought might have happened...the 'select steel' wrenches accidently switched with the 'forged steel' from my 930 kit. photos show updated kits with correct wrenches, thanks for the help. Feel free to keep guiding me, in the meantime, sale is still on and I think you can tell from the photos...these are both really nice kits.

...as mentioned, I will discount both kits due to the pliers issue, new ask/s $2700 and $2300. thanks

Bump for another price drop due to zero interest. Please note, these are in better condition than most you see, especially the '69 kit, everything like new and unused. '71 kit $2,200.; '69 kit $2,500. Thanks for any consideration, last price drop, you won't be disappointed in these.
