    Literature Experts Needed

Calling all Lit experts! I know you're out there!
I have come upon a very large stash of early 911/356 Porsche literature and would like to sell most/all of it. I’m having a difficult time figuring out
real values for them and was wondering if you could help. Maybe someone local to Southern California can come out and look everything
over. There are over 200 pieces including paint samples and dealer binders full of paperwork(service bulletins, product knowledge, price lists).
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Rare early special order color book. Paint and interior sample book 77-88. Dealer binder with supplements from 68-74. Early tourist info and pricing. Race information! Super cool stuff!!
Look at those prices in 66 and 67. If only we could go back in time.

If anyone needs pics of anything let me know.

Trying to keep the 356 and 911 content separate so I posted the 356 stuff here: http://forum.porsche356registry.org/...hp?f=1&t=39922

Truly amazing what shows up on this site! I would contact Milou and Soteric on this board as they are experts in this field.

The brochures you have are not really valuable and some are pretty common, others a little but more rare. More valuable are the accessories folder, some of the colour charts including the Sonderfarben, dealer infos, s-purposes (if real of course) and some of the burgundy binders.

I've never seen the special order color chart before. It would be great to see some more shots of it

Sorry, can't help you with value but Karim above is about as expert as they come appraisal wise.

Great find, you can go here and see some price guidelines:

    http://ecurielyford.com/catalogue-milou/

lot 3117, lot 3121, lot 3227, for example (prices realized in euros at auction not including the 10% premium)

    http://ecurielyford.com/wp-content/u...ogue_Milou.pdf

They were high prices at the time and I think the market is higher today unless you're patient and persistent.

The popular brochures haven't gone up very much, but the rarer material has become more collectible today.
