I just purchased a bunch of stuff from an estate sale and this is one of the items I got in the lot. Doesn't get much better than this NOS no longer available oil cooler. I hope I don't regret selling it! Yes I got other stuff but please don't contact me asking if I have a certain part as soon as I have time I will list the other parts. Thank you

I heard that this might not be for 65-69 911 and may be a 1969 911S only oil cooler? Any thoughts?

The part started on the 69S and was available through at least 71. I don't remember if it changed over to a different cooler 72-73. Someone will chime in

    Beautiful part, btw

These were also used on the Porsche Factory competition cars (ST TR etc. ...) in the early 70s.

I know that the Green Waldegard (sp?) South African Rally car had 2 front coolers mounted (this cooler in the Right Front fender and a mirror image cooler (bracket was flipped) mounted in the left front fender)

I hemmed and hawed about buying this thing all day. Just out of curiosity, at what time did this thing sell?

I know. But Manfred also wants a mint.

This was almost an impulse buy for me...priced fairly and right in my face.

    Let it go Marco.
    We both dropped the ball.

Don't worry; another one will come up soon.

About the same time monkeys fly out of my butt.
