Not to hijack (which I guess this is), but what are these early LWB black coils worth in working condition? I hadn't seen too many come up so just curious.

NOS coils with decals and bracket - last one I saw went for $600+ but given the crap I see for sale at $200K - I would ask $2500 and $5000 for a NOS MFI fuel pump - maybe $10K

Man I'm way behind I guess. I bought a NOS black coil about 2 years ago (albeit from the early '80's) that was a correct replacement part for my '71T and paid $120 shipped. I guess I hadn't realized these things had become so desirable but I guess if you're restoring a $200K car and dates matter then $200 for a working one isn't bad even if it needs a good cleanup.

Old ones like this example are desirable because the new ones are awful quality.

The fact that the seller said it was taken off a running car and in the condition in the photos is what I meant by "steal". Like everything else from period in working order, they are valuable.

I'd have bought it as a spare if I needed one.
