I purchased a set of four ATS cast alloy wheels (cookie cutters) for my '73, and now need the center caps. IIRC, the correct caps for these wheels in '73 would be the ring-style (70mm) w/o holes, correct?

Also, PET lists two part numbers for the caps in the '73 catalog (one with black emblem, one without). There is no mention of whether they are for Fuchs or ATS wheels. Weren't the 3-prong (66mm) caps still being used on the Fuchs in '73? If so, then is one of the caps for Fuchs and the other for ATS?

    Thanks,
    Frank

Frank, your right. Your 73 cookies use ring type caps, the ones without holes.

Fuchs and ATS cookie cutters use the same caps. For fuchs, 8/73 is the transition to the ring type. Fuchs wheels with part number 911.361.020. 00 but you see a 1 stamp on top of the .00, making them .10 is the transition point. Before that date, they are 3 prongs.
