    FS: 1969 911S MFI Air Box

    Up for sale is a 1969 Porsche 911S/E MFI air box, This air box is correct for both 911S and 911E models. This is made only for 1969 models one year only. This unit has been restored media blasted removing old paint powder coated and resprayed in correct black finish. It has the correct snorkel. Price is $995 plus shipping. Thanks for looking!

    what makes it 69 only?

    It's my understanding the 70-71 box was changed is that not the case ? Snorkel part number ends in 345 which is different than 70-71.
    Feel free to correct me if this is incorrect.

    I also believe if you look at the breather elbow; 70-71 has extra nipple for smog while 69 just has the elbow fitting, at least for US.

    ok, charcoal can negative pressure nipple, there we go. Another detail to fill our brains with.
