    Quality and Fit of Dansk Exterior Door Handles?

    Does anyone have recent experience with Dansk exterior chrome door handles (P/N 1687100710) for LWB cars? I see a couple of places offering a complete set (Left and right handles with locks and keys) for ~$260, which is a good deal if the quality and fit are good. I searched the forum, but found no recent information.

    a few years back the original tools surfaced..and someone produced new handles with those tools(even with the porsche logothing and part#)..those where sold under the table...soonafter they removed the porsche logo and part# and produced the handles without pn ...never seen the dansk ones in person but if they have the part# area visible but blank i`m positiv that they buy from this guy...so fit will not be an issue then...

    they are good we mount often the 3 types they got
    as its cheaper than rechrome ! yes
    just tighten them in the bolts before you mount a little bit of grease and you are good

    65-67
    68-69
    and the 70-73

    I can send you pics of them mounted
    keys are junk too soft , so you have to cut a org replacement key asap
    and use the OEM rubber

    Guys- thanks for the great feedback. A pair for $260 USD is definitely cheaper than rechoming. Are the Dansk ones just pot metal or ???
