    Different Aerial positions on wing

Can I just check - is it absolute fact that electric aerials on SWB Porsches were only mounted on the UK O/S wing (US drivers side) and manual aerials on the UK N/S wing? Can you have a manual on the O/S? Would that have been possible from factory?

Deleted post — content was about UK. The OP asked about UK car but turns out only interested in US car so I removed it.

    Steve,

Thanks for you insights. My apologies I should have said it is a US supplied car that I am doing in US spec.

Let's not confuse things with this N/S O/S BS. Manual radio antenna is through left fender (wing) and electric antenna is through right fender. Left and right is determined relative to forward direction of travel regardless of which side of the car the steering wheel appears.

Forthright and informative. Like your style. Thank you.
