Thread: Quarter Window Trim Question

    Quarter Window Trim Question

I was curious about the metal trim under the vent windows which screws into the top of the quarters. Was this present on all years of the 901/911 or were there certain years? I've looked at so many cars and its sometimes difficult to see if its present or not especially in photos. Anyone who is an expert on this I would appreciate some info. I'd really like to drill all the holes prior to final primer if possible. Thanks a lot!

Correct and use plastic round washers under the screw holes, 3 x 4.0mm thickness from the front, then one 3 mm and last one 1.5mm
