    restoration 69S motor rebuild

I just bought a 69s. I'm starting the restoration on the bottom installing new bushings rebuilding the brakes etc., Next I would like to send the engine and transmission off somewhere to be rebuilt and restored including the MFI.Who do you recommend to do the work? Should I leave it factory specs or up the displacement to 2.2, 2.4? Thanks

Pacific Fuel Injection for the pump, Eurometrix for the throttle bodies. And leave it stock.
