    Part number Info help

    I was wondering if anyone knows what P/N - 0231184007 is (from my distributor).
    Is this in the factory parts book? Thanks!

    That is a Bosch part number. Here is a link to the factory ignition parts diagram:

    What part are you referring to?

    PS. still pissed I got out maneuvered by Schmidt on the muffler skirt........joking!

    Thanks for the link! It's a distributor from my 911/83 motor. I'd watch out for that Schmidt dude!
    He does know a lot about these early cars. I'll keep my eye out for one and will let you know!

    Bosch part #0231169011 has gone thru multiple supersessions to the number you are referring to its the same on my 2.7
