    908 article in Excellence

Was reading the 908 article today, and this line caught my attention:

"Once out on this private test track in Texas hill country..."

Does anyone know what track they're talking about? Is it Motorsport Ranch?

I can't think of any other track in Texas it could be if it's "private".
