    could you explain me what are the differences bitween this Speed Switch modules # ?

    To your original question, which is what is the difference between the two part #s, try this thread:

    It appears one is for an MFI car, the other is for a carb car.

    Ooops. I thought the thread I linked had pictures and descriptions of different boards. I recall a thread that showed there were several board layouts for the MFI speed switch.
