Back in the showroom 42 years later

Was flattered when the local dealership asked to borrow my car for the unveiling of the new 991, to link the past with the present.
I think it was mostly by default for lack of many longhoods in the area, but pretty cool none the less.
They also let me borrow this 2011 GTS to kick around in.......Wow!, they've made some changes in the 42 years!
Been a real hoot to drive, but looking forward to getting back in the old, noisy, smelly one!

That, or the fact that your car looks fantastic. Those are great photos. Congratulations!

    Hi Bud,

Agreed you car looks great on the showroom floor. It also looks great on my wall as your car is, of course, featured this month on the Early S reg calendar. Even my office manager, who is not a car person, commented how beautiful the blue color looks on your 911 when she saw it my office.
