Please tell me how to return to a forum's main page with out multiple steps

All the other forums (as well as this one before its upgrade) have a function at the bottom of each page to return to the main thread list page (e.g. Return to General Info). Here, and I know like I sound like I am whining - because I am, I have to go to the top of the page and then select the thread main page and click on that. Is there a user setting or a view I can activate so I can resume my normal lazy life? Wha wha wha.....

either click the forum button on the tabs at the top (next to home), or the early 911S registry logo (either work they both go to the same). that will take you to the main forum page with a list of each section and region etc.

if you wan to go to the early 911s registry home page, click the home button at the top.

Thanks Harry, with 1200 posts I am very familiar with those. I would like to click at the bottom of the page I am viewing "General Info" and go there. All other BBs are set up this way.

There is a "top" button at the bottom of the page...

Also a quick navigation button that does exactly what you are looking for.

What I am hearing is that it is always two clicks to get back, correct?

No. Right under the last post there is a drop down menu next to the words quick navigation. From that drop down you can go to any of the fora.

One click on the quick nav button and one more click on the General Info topic does equal two clicks, but I shall surrender that it is a two click world on the S Reg - just was looking for the old way. Oh just think of all the time I could have squandered by saving that second click (or not). Thanks for the responses. Back to my cave.

No harm no foul. No doubt should have phrased the question more carefully. I owe you a beer at the next get together.

    FWIW
    I bookmark this link:

I typically check out the site at least once a day, and this link 'New Post' takes you to the thick of it (keeping track of what has been posted 'while you were gone'). It cuts down on navigation tremendously
