I assume if I have a "beige" smooth tool kit, it would be incorrect for an early (non-US intended) 68 S originally delivered to UK originally. Anyone able to tell me what to look for on the tools I DO have to determine if they are correct?

    Thanks,
What do you mean beige? Is the outside of the bag beige? I so, it's for a 356 C/SC late 63 through 65. If the inside is more beige than putty, then its a 69 bag. Yes, the heavily textured bags are 68 and some 69 "only", but there were also smooth naugahyde bags in 1968 as well.

    PS... that's a GREAT bag!!

You're welcome. We've all been there. Info overload, car just arrived, etc.

Ok, here's what I have, along with (as you will note) some really dirty tools! Let me know if this is correct. Thanks in advance. You guys are fantastic with your knowledge. Incredible.
