'66 911 Kardex: Leather Upholstery. Does this mean just the front seats?

The Kardex of my '66 911 says the car has Leather Upholstery (black). In 1966, did this mean just the front seats? Or did this mean all four seats, sidings, rear shelf and dash?

    Thanks.

Coincidentally, I had a look at the COA this morning on this 66 car, which is now local to me. The COA also shows Leather Upholstery.

It has a full leather interior, claimed to be original. Click link for pics of interior

Interesting. I see the rear seats are leather as well while the sidings look like they used vinyls. Will research a little more. Thanks for your help.

Porsche leather interiors were all over the map. Some were seats, some were seats and panels but not door tops or dash. I've seen vinyl int with a leather dash and the sonderwunsch complete interior including dash, a+b pillars, door pockets, panels and seats + the lower dash strip. The latter on a factory documented 72S. I think the standard for leather interior is posted above. A mix of leather and vinyl.
