    Proper heater Box color 1969 911S?

    Any help would be appreciated

    Most would call them heater valves, or in the Porsche parts catalog, they are called heat controls.

    As for the color, you can see the color right in your photo on the inner flange. Perhaps there is a common aerosol of that color?

    I went to Napa Auto and bought a red oxide VHT primer and satin clear coat. See my thread below.

    Turned out almost perfect just like the last pair pictured. Make sure you completely disassemble them. Really easy and it makes sure you get it right.

    We powder coat ours. Had the colour mixed for this job.
