Looking for help on pop out window question

I picked up this photo from another website, If you look at the triangular attachment for the popout window there is a standoff that goes between that and the headliner. Looks like a triangular piece of plastic that the three screws go through. Does anyone know where this can be purchased??

Use care when fitting these as they increase the pressure on the latch and the glass itself.

Bryce is correct, they were only used if needed to ensure a tight window closing,,,,not all cars had them, see, they really were hand built cars!
