    I hear there is someone here who rebuilds hoses

    Friends,

    I was told that there is a member who restores SWB hoses. As I understand it, he uses your fittings and creates a correct hose with new/correct material.

    Can you provide the contact info, please, so that I can talk to him/her?

    I took my oil hoses to a local hose shop and had them put the German fittings on some Aeroquip hose. The German stuff leaked -- the Aeroquip stuff will NEVER leak!

    FYI,
    For later cars Brad will also supply you with the correct size cloth wrapped Cohline hose if you are up for rebuilding the lines on your own.

    Did this with my 69... I know the fittings and hose material changed a bit from SWB to LWB. Straightforward process for the early LWB cars. Just need a good vice and some hardwood to clamp the fitting.

    Here's a thread describing it for a 67S in greater detail. Note this is different material and fittings (read crimped) than what I show in the below pics:
