MY 1971, The Difference in T and S Body Trim?

I'm curious what the difference is between T and S exterior trim on MY '71 coupes. I've got a '71T with the appearance package so it has S bumper trim and the wide S running board trim but I've seen cars with smaller running board spears. Also, was the bumper trim narrower? Just wanted to know from the experts what these differences actually were and whether anybody had any pictures of T trim. Thanks,

    Stretch

The S trim offered on the T and E "S appearance package" would be the same as the S.

The S bumper was an option for both the above models.

Additional to the external trim on the bumpers was the sill trim, from standard rubber, to alloy pieces. They also received upgraded gauges, and leather steering wheel.

There's some debate whether 3.5" spaced struts and alloy front callipers were part of the package, but this may have been a ROW option?

I can't think of anything else, others may well chime in.

Bumper overriders could had S rubber (optional), even when on narrow trim.
Most specs also available individually, you didnt need the "Appearance/Comfort" package to get these all.
Fuchs was market specific. BTW, Swiss 911T's had higher specs than German ones.

    Gents,

Thanks for the replies. I really like the T trim better than the S trim since it looks less "clunky" and sleeker. As I mentioned, my car has the Appearance Package and has what appears to be everything except for the Fuchs (as originally bought) and the S spoiler. It does have the S guages and chrome sill plates as well. I think in the future I'll install T deco trim and overiders without the rubber since it looks better to me. I like the cafe' racer look and the smaller trim looks pretty cool to that end I feel. Thanks for the help,

Keep in mind the over riders are sized to the trim... The cutout on the sides matches the trim profile.

My 71 T with Comfort pkg came with 14" Fuchs.
