    FS: 1967 911S Engine Case # 960154

    Original 67 S Engine Case #960154

    Type # 901/02

Condition: All original EXCEPT bore spigots were enlarged earlier in life for some 911ST pistons & cylinders (94mm vs. stock 92mm). The case appears to have led a relatively easy life and was not molested or damaged.

The bore spigots can be sleeved to use original 2.0L Pistons and Cylinders by a competent machine shop. There will be no performance detriment with this procedure and externally it is not visible. Or...you can run 911ST type pistons and cylinders for a 2.3L, 2.5L etc.

A very rare early 1967 S engine case.

I have a few other items for a 67S I will be listing shortly.

    $7,000 shipped (worldwide). Trades considered.

    Happy New Year,
    Scott

Many thanks Scott. I would say the date is 1966 06; while the one dot is indistinct, it is in the circular pattern, and they would not leave a gap. Plus I have another similar date on a close build #.
