What Kind of Seats Are These, Please???

Hi All, these were the installed seats that came out of my 72 Euro S in resto (it was never a U.S. car). I am wondering if anyone can help me identify them and determine an approximate value. Some details:

    - Sequentially numbered 3699 and 3700 on seat bottoms.
    - Manufactured in Germany by A.S.S., which I guess stands for Auto-Sport-Spezialistize, Type 4/01/S
    - One seat bracket is labeled as "Scheel" and the other as "Porsche", but both are exactly the same.
    - Driver's seat is a bit narrower than the passenger's seat, but they are interchangeable between sides.

The seats are in absolutely stunning condition. The worst thing I can find is a bit of fabric fading on the shoulder area of the driver's seat from the sun. Everything is there and they operate flawlessly. TIA.
