    Early auto retract seat belt

    So, awhile back someone had a pair of Auto retracting seat belts for sale. I asked if the auto winders were original Repas because the had VW logos on em. In the thread I was informed that all the winders were Repas and they all had VW logos on them. OK then.. Gotcha...New tidbit stored in the noggin.

    The other reason I asked the question during this exchange was to identify an early single auto belt I bought at a swap meet. I bought it primarily for the webbing (Euro with the orange stripe). I even dikered with the guy because as I pointed out to him the winder was an Autoflug unit that someone obviously scabbed onto a Repa belt to use in a 911. Heck, they did such a good job that they included a plastic keeper that was an Autoflug unit as well.

    So, I'm thinking hey, I still got the belt for a deal, the webbing was the true score.

    Then last week I'm going through my Service manual and what do I see pictured?????
