    Sachs Clutch disc 1861 222003

I have a 1969 911S and I know there is a special clutch disc and flywheel and pressure plate for this car.

Upon separating engine / trans I found this clutch disc.

It seems to me this is not the original setup. It functions satisfactory so I'd like to get another disc for reassembly.

Can anyone cross-reference this SACHS number to a model year and designation so I can order a duplicate?

Also- What parts have been substituted and what parts would I need to put this back to original spec. I know the outrageous pricing of these items...

Wouldn't it be possible to get a clutch disc relined by a restoration specialist if I go back to original.

Would there be a (very) discernible difference in performance???

    Thanks,

    Gene
