Air cooled 911s play very well together. #TargaCarolina weekend. A couple random pictures:
I've been enjoying my '94 C2 for about a year now. Modern in good ways, yet plenty of the vintage air-cooled feel.

I agree with Dave and Tom (two great guys that I know).
I have a great plan going into 2019.

I owned an RS America and loved it. Time trialed it and had a lot of fun with it in San Diego. Never loved the bumpers but I like them more now I guess. I sold it to start building early 911 Hot Rods and never looked back. My friends at Rothsport tell me the best Porsche ever made is the 964 RS. Totally different car then a C2 or RS America. Stupid expensive now. I loved the torque but not the low compression. I'd definitely redo the engine in a 964 to make it rev better and add compression. I have a friend wanting to buy a 964 and really had no idea how crazy the prices are now. I remember when you couldn't give them away in the 18-20K price range. Especially in Southern California. They were a dime a dozen. Times change. They built a lot of them and I think if you're patient you can get a decent one. They need upgrades though with the suspension and brakes and throttle response. My opinion anyway. I recently bought another 87 G50 with a 3.4L twin plug and I love it! G50's are great!
