It is possible that (regardless of what some of the Irish feel about the English and that the car was delivered to Ireland not "Northern Ireland") that the country code is "England" and it was "delivered" via "Porsche Cars Great Britain". Certainly that was the case for the 69S that went to Cecil Vard in Dublin in this thread http://www.early911sregistry.org/for...ex-translation

Yes, I was aware of that list. However, it was useful to add to the thread.
Further research on C01 indicates Europe LHD. This may also be the one code that includes "without country equipment" . One car we know that had C01 was a factory delivery, and was an ST, so had no need of any country equipment.
Country equipment would detail such things as the type of glass for windows, mirrors, headlight type, horn types, heating equipment, instruments (KM or MILES), Owners manuals & warranty/service books. So lots of detail things; many without option codes.
