While I'm impressed by the continuous advances in technology we see in the modern touchless machines, I'd choose experience over tech any day of the week. A good tire mechanic should be able to mount a tire on a Fuchs wheel without damage using just about any machine out there. Hell, back when I was slinging tires to pay for college I could have done it with a $99 Harbor Freight POS.

One thing you may want to consider is the growing options for mobile tire services. I've used several vendors here in Austin and they have all been excellent. They tend to do a lot of high-end and race car work so they understand the importance of attention to detail. I had GoMobile (https://gomobiletires.com/) out to my shop just this weekend and they did an awesome job on 2 sets of freshly restored Fuchs.

A lot of times that with enough lube you can push them on with just your hands, tough but can be done. lotsa lube, twisting and pushing as long as they are locked down.
Done a couple of sets like that in my living room one time

You could, pushing from the back side in if you are strong. Is it really worth the few bucks and some sore or skinned knuckles? ? You'll still need to take them in for balancing. Any high end tire shop can do this, and if you are really paranoid, take them to your Porsche dealer. That's what I did. They understand the value of our rims and did all 5 of mine for $70 mounted and balanced.
