    Help ID Transmission

I was hoping for more understanding on the transmission in my car. Any help would be appreciated.

My 1972 911T is an early build and sometime I find discrepancies between the car as built and the parts manual. According to the V-Pages my transmission should have numbering that follows the 732 0001>> convention. While mine is beat and scared up some, it appears to read 7150828.

I see in later year V-Pages that these numbers are for a "911S 915.40 75 5 715 0001>> 5-SPEED" It still has the mech speedo.
What are the particulars of the 1975S transmission?

    See pictures.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, by serial number a 915/40 5-speed transmission with 8/31 final drive, for the 1975 model 911S, 911S/C (USA).
