Thread: What Did You Do to Your 911 Today?

  1. #2991
Pushed her out into the sun for the first time in about 15 years. Finished the motor build (still had a few things to do when I took this pictures, just thought it was kinda cool). Just waiting the engine tin to get back from the powder coater and a few small other things. Hope to have her up and running in June.

That'll be nice on a drive to Valdez when you get her up and running.

I had bungs welded on both heat exchangers. Duel AFR gauge should show up tomorrow to help with tuning the 69 Targa.

Getting closer. Good chance the MFI pump will go to get the space cam altered to send more fuel from half throttle to full throttle. The engine makes 240 hp to the wheels at 17 to 1. I'm thinking there's another 20 to 30 hp to be had.

Today I put a big box of spares into the frunk of my '69T in preparation for our road trip down Route 66 next week. That Marelli dizzy takes all special kit.
