here is a photo of my 80 year old Grandma driving my SC that I had. Just found it looking for other things. I let my Dad drive it, and my Grandpa drive it as well. They both had trouble with the gearbox/clutch etc. I told Grandma when she got in that she may have trouble as the pedals are mounted to the floor. She just exclaimed... "OH so you mean its just like the Model T I learned on!?". She then proceeded to shift and drive the car flawlessly. It was a great day that I will always remember.

Cool custom front bumper bar. The early style SWB Hella foglights mounted on a LWB car looks cool too. +1 for daring to be different.

Haven't posted any pics of my 72T targa since finishing the restoration earlier this year.

Thanks, is that a Porsche factory option or after market? It also has them on the rear bumper. Needless to say, they were on there when I found the carName: 911 E rear.jpg

There are several different versions of the over-rider bars front and rear. Aftermarket pieces some of them, maybe there was a factory option set available at some point. Look it up.

Could well be Dave. I've seen several cars with the same front bar. Here's one of Damon's cars, '67S-
