The makings of a "Molotov Cocktail"?
BTW; one of the most hilarious scenes in "Killing Them Softly" is a nitwit who lights a rag in the gas tank of a station wagon to destroy evidence. When it blows the car move backwards (Hollywood-willing suspension of disbelief) and knocks the clown stuffing out of the guy who was standing "just a little too close". LMAO. Sorry. 3 Stooges stuff.

Congrats Kenik. So is it actually running now or do you still have work to do? How would you compare it to the Webers? Would you go so far as to say "don't do it"?

After hearing a little while back that Marelli caps and rotors (long NLA) were being reproduced I ordered up a set, and finally got around to installing them, replacing old reused and obviously worn parts that came with my car. I've seen a bit of discussion of these new parts (here and on Pelican), but little hard data, so I thought a few pictures would be in order. I bought them from partsklassic.com, who claims to have had them remade. However, both are cast with 'AutoAtlanta' on them, who also now lists them... In any case, they seem to be well made, and are very similar to the originals. The only significant difference is in the rotor, where the original loose copper lead is replaced by something that is resined in place.
I can't say that I notice any difference in driving, but it's nice to know the contacts are fresh.
