I put on my new number-plates... Can't believe these were still available in my state.

R&R my refreshed 915, put in an aluminum (& steel) pressure plate, new flywheel and disk, and... pulled out my chunky original sound pad. Replaced the sound pad with the excellent Appbiz "deluxe" model.
Oh, rebuilt CVs. Nasty job. I need a parts washing station.

Ready for some driving!

Impressive work! Hope to check it out at EASY next month. I need to do the sound pad too. I'd like to know how hard it is to drop the engine and tranny in your garage. I was planning to do the sound pad with the engine in place, but maybe it's worth pulling to do some other "spring cleaning".
