    strange Story, I helped someone on a parking place, we started talking, I asked if he knew a unrestored porsche and he said yes, he has one. for sale? yes, the parking deal, handshake, deposit and that's the car ;-)

    Excellent find!

    And looking closely at the trunk tag, it appears the VIN is actually 9113101007. Somehow an extra '1' found its way into the dealer paperwork. Or maybe I'm seeing things...

    It pays to be curious and intrusive; sometimes bordering on obnoxious. Just acquired a silver 71 T coupe with 23k miles the same way... and paid dearly.
