George, I agree with Steve. Someone detailed a very nice, original car. Beautiful chassis. Sounds like you haven't purchased it yet?

I would have to believe this is bumping the ceiling for a non sunroof E so it's going to be up to you to decide what you want to ultimately pay.
Is the original paint ID plate included?
Did it get new P's & C's when the engine was done? Rebuilt MFI pump and T-Bodies? Feel free to email the rebuild invoice to me; for this kind of dough it's crucial that everything was done by the book.

If you buy it first thing to change is that plastic clutch cable clevis!

Yes on all of the above and thanks to each of you for your previous comments. Everything that came up from the PPI was graciously addressed by the seller who I would gladly deal with in the future. The car is an absolute delight to drive which is why I bought it. I am very pleased with most every aspect of the car and look forward to many fun miles ahead, events, and getting to know an even broader circle of like minded car nuts. Cheers, George

Thanks! I've had some fun cars though this is my first Porsche. As a kid the first car I drove with a stick was dad's 911T (at age 14). GJ
