    Well spotted.

Dräger make a lot of different variations not just the tip (Some of their other tips are very long for e.g. truck and other industrial use and some gauges are supplied with range of tips becase they are interchangeable.)

They also can have different pressure range / dial and brand sticker. Here are some of the dial variants I have, all with the straight tip. I do have one with the tip in the instruction leaflet.

Presumably they print limited version of instruction paper becase the operation of button and adjuster or doesn't really vary. I like their products because I find them reasonably accurate for this style of gauge, having compared to expensive calibrated ones at work, also being easy to use and read -- not just because example as pictured in the model year T/E/S manual came with my 911. I have a other different Drägers beyond these in picture but they are in glovebox of cars.

Also have some MotoMeter ones -- their little leather cases are better than the thin, cheap looking plastic Dräger case.

Dräger style are still made but IIRC branding changed and colour are now silver.

The correct one is the 4bar scale, which is shown in the user's manual at page 74 ...

I have a Dräger with my car (69S), and tire pressure gauge is specifically called out as an option on kardex, window sticker, etc.
I am used to seeing Messkos in the took kits, but in 69 I believe they stopped putting them in the tool kits and made the gauge an option. It's not clear to me if this gauge is the gauge called out in these docs.
Dräger is for 1972 and 1973 ... don't know exactly when there was the transition ...

A nice ceramic model made by the Holland 914 club in 50 pieces. With the help of a loup I also found that the two decals on the rear window of Brutus 916 were period Gulf promotional stickers for Le Mans and Monza, cool! Unfortunately I could not decode the decal on the windshield, passenger side.

The Carrera RS launch event...Some documents from my files relating to the public launch of the original first 500 series of Carrera RS at the 59th Salon De l'Auto in Paris in 5-15 October 1972 including: the original show entry ticket; the official show catalogue; a tri-fold transportation directions guide; and the short entry about the model in the "price and characteristics" supplement. Only 5 lines in this 35 page supplement but might these be the first words published about the Carrera RS model in a motorshow guidebook that was available to the general public?

I've been going through what I consider my rare Motorsports stuff, I have someone asking about 993GT2. I have them, I also have this one, 1995. If you have this one can you PM me, I have a question about it. Thank you.

Brochure, too, single sheet, I don't have any questions about it though:-)

    Hi,

Is this a genuine Porsche Kremer sign? Based on the crest design it would probably date from the late Sixties or early Seventies. I've never seen one before.
