300k? That car looks very well built but....
I'm thinking a Singer or a combination of a 71-73-well built hot-rod 911,a 90-94 well sorted 964 C4 and a 914-6 would be $$$ better spent...
Great build though and would love to have it sitting in my garage.
I guess 300k may soon be short $$$ for my3 suggestions...

Since its supposed to be a long hood, 1973 RSR repro why isn't anything RSR? Intake is not 1973, flairs, interior, motor, etc. Just another hot rod, price should be maybe $80,000.00

The money today is in real. Clones are just that - clones.
As far as the Singer the jury is out on that one. Who knows what the resale will be on the Singer. There is no history there. When you buy an RS or RSR you're buying a bit of history. They will continue to reach new levels every year.

I have read that 2 Singers have resold privately for more than they paid.
kinda agree w/ Mike....It's a really cool looking hot rod, but it is not an RSR clone....I am sure they spent a lot of money on the car..but like all hot rods....someones Vanilla might not be someone elses Chocolate....
For example: I am not fond of the + sized wheels on early cars and I would need heat...both fairly simple to rectify, but just a couple of instances where everyone likes something a little different
$80,000 would be the deal of the century and likely barely cover the money in the motor, transmission and brakes. I think $150,000 would be a pretty reasonable expectation as that seems to be where really really highly executed hot rods have gone. This car looks like it is set up perfectly.

Currently building a 72 hot rod. $150 K would be the deal of the century!053[2].jpg057[2].jpg059[1].jpg068[1].jpg
I also agree this car is a pure hotrod........ value..... who knows in today's market.....
